Thank you for considering being our guest!

WHAT HAPPENS ON A TYPICAL SUNDAY?

Sunday services begin at 10:00 AM. We start with about 30 minutes of contemporary worship music. We begin our services with worship because we believe that a primary purpose for gathering together is to express our appreciation of God and thank Him for all that he has done for us. Following the time of singing, our MC shares a few brief announcements and we receive an offering. Then a member of our rotating Teaching Team will teach from the Bible on a topic that connects with real life. Our Sunday services normally end shortly after 11 AM, and afterward, there is an opportunity for anyone to receive prayer following the service.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

There is no dress code at New Day. You are free to dress in whatever manner you feel comfortable worshiping in. Most people dress casual to business casual, but jeans and t-shirts are as welcome as a suit and tie.

WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?

We provide nursery and children’s ministry during our Sunday morning services. There is a nursing mother's room where you can feed your infants if needed.

NURSERY - AGES 6 MONTHS TO 4 YEARS

Our goal for Nursery at New Day is to demonstrate our Heavenly Father’s love and protection by providing a caring and safe place for little ones while their parents participate in the service.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY - AGES 5 YEARS TO 9 YEARS

The older children are welcome to come to Children's Ministry, where they will get to do a simple craft or project and hear a lesson that teaches them about God & His heart.

WHAT KIND OF CHURCH (DENOMINATION) IS NEW DAY?

We are a non-denominational church, but we are not anti-denominational. We believe that every church that has Jesus Christ as Lord and the Bible as its foundation is genuine. Different denominations (i.e. Lutheran, Baptist, Methodist, etc.) all represent various emphasis upon truths that God has revealed throughout Church history. So we feel every church has something to offer. We are a non-denominational evangelical, Bible-based local church that believes the Bible to be the sole authoritative source for doctrine.

HOW BIG IS NEW DAY?

The size of a church affects many things, so this is a valid question. New Day’s Sunday services average between 40 and 60. This makes us much smaller than some “mega-churches” yet we are not so big that you feel lost in a crowd. Our goal is to continue to grow, eventually adding additional services and enlarging our building. But we never make numeric growth more important than individual spiritual growth and staying pure to the type of church God has called New Day to be. Our vision for New Day is to be like the New Testament: where thousands join in a day, but a group of 12 is equally valued.
